Similar problem with BruteForceSEO?

Hi,

Signed up with BruteForceSEO and decided to make it one of the tools we use for our SEO work. Our project manager tested it out and it works pretty fine (some bugs here and there too)

However after the testing, we tried installing the software on our staff's desktop but it just cannot seem to work. Everyone from the office is logged in to the same IP so its not a case of trying to share the software.

Was wondering whether anybody else has encountered the same problem. I'm guessing that there's a limit to the number of computers BFSEO can be installed and run from. We emailed the support desk twice since last week but haven't gotten back a reply.

So if anyone has any idea how to resolve this issue, appreciate it.
