Is it possible, or how do I add an automatic new type feed to my site?

Say I have a site on computers and I want on my printer page to have an automatic new update thing on there all about printers etc is this possible?

Then say have one for my hard drive page and on for my monitor page etc.

What is this called?
How do I go about doing it?
