What documetation should be kept on testimonials / proper disclosure paid testimonials?

1. Does any one know the documentation that should be kept for testimonials for the FTC?

2. Does anyone know the proper disclosure that should be used for paid testimonials and where it should be placed on the website?

    Name, contact info, etc.

    ...what documentation do you keep?

    or do you use testimonials without any documentation?

    I quit using testimonials when the FTC stuff hit just to be safe, but I've noticed a significant difference in conversions so I'm going back to using them on some of my sites, but I'd like to know the proper documentation to keep.

      Keep a file by project on the testimonials you have used. If it was sent via
      email, put the email in your testimonial file for the project. If it's an audio,
      add it to the file, etc.

      You'll also want a cross reference from the testimonial to their order to
      prove it was real.

      I don't use paid testimonials, so can't help you there!

    I live in Europe. In some time from now I will start selling info products in english speaking countries.
    Does that mean that If I want to sell to the US market, I got to obey FTC's rules?
