How much would you pay for a website like this to be built for you

Hello all. Just wanted to post here and get some quick feedback. I would like to know how much some of you would pay for a website like these listed below. The site would be custom made to your desired meta description, meta keywords, keywords, template (I have 3 different templates for sites like these) and all are adsense optimized very well so you can just drop your adsense code in and start making money. All the setup would be done for you including setup and configuration of the sql database.

Also the sites would be unique to each person meaning that I would not sell the same site to more than one person EVER. It's your site, built to your recommendations and never given/sold to anyone else.

Some of my sample sites so far:

Lose weight TV - Home
Resident Evil The Afterlife - Home
top Super Bowl Commercials 2010 - Home

So basically how much would you pay for your own custom niche video site?

    so these are video sites? I saw some warriors are selling similar site at WSO for about $25-$100 per site.

    Hi, I paid slightly less than $100 for a warrior who builds me a site similar to yours and with article content BUT he also guarantees me that the keyword is a highly searched ones (about 5k searches per month on 'exact' based on Google Keyword Tool) and he will perform SEO to make sure my site rank on the first page of Google. So I might pay about $50 for your site.

    Having said that, do not be discouraged. The offer I mentioned might be rare but there are many buyers out there. As long as you are offering high quality service, you will get many buyers.

      In order to get MAXIMUM ROI for your time and money investment, I would get the sites generating income first... and then test them for sale on Flippa.

      You may need at least three months of steady income to draw the type of buyers who would pay 12 to 16 months times your gross income.

      A site generating a proven $150.00 per month, will sell around the $2,400.00 using a 16 month price point. IMHO, that's a lot better than selling a site for $100.00 to $150.00 bucks just to dump them.

      Moreover, the script you use to make those sites is not widely known to most IMers, so you would be bringing an element of uniqueness that buyers would appreciate.
