Want your opinions on a new PLR video site

Hello Fellow Warriors,
I am planning on starting a PLR article video site.
I want to sell power point style videos with rights to the power points, audio, transcripts etc. so that customers can change out my voice for their own if they want and add or take away the power points so they can make it a completely original product if they choose to. I am planning on giving them the AVI files and source code etc. (I am hiring a ghostwriter to create the article/transcript.)
I want to create these videos in various niches other than Internet Marketing such as dieting, health, pet training, debt, fashion, family etc. (Will add IM too but not just IM)
Do you guys think there is a need for this in the plr video market place? I have been researching quite a bit the last few months and looking in the Warrior forum and I see a tremendous need for this type of service and no one seems to be filling it. It is mostly IM stuff that is the topic for PLR videos and mostly video tutorials that run for 5-15min. not article videos that run for 3-4min. at most.
I have been doing work and creating these types of videos with power point and Camtasia for about a year now for other marketers behind the scenes and they are selling them with PLR rights etc. but only in the IM niche.
I see them doing it and making good money so I thought I should start as well.
Tell me what you think.

My other idea is to offer these same Power Point videos as slide shows as well. I am learning how to use Sony Vegas and am making slide shows with this software. I don't see anyone else doing this either in the PLR video world.
What are your thoughts on this idea.
I came up with it because many people don't like to use their own voice or someone else's either or they don't want to mess with Camtasia etc. I thought it could be a more purchase and paste type of product for people who don't want to make any changes. But for people who do I will give them the slides I made so they can change them or add or delete some etc.
To complicate things, I want to add background music. I found Ginny Culp at the Warrior forum and have purchased her Platinum PLR audio membership.
I feel this is a good alternative for people who want a great article video using slide shows with music in the background.
