Trying to make sure I'm not crazy. I can't even sign in...

    It's been up on my computer for days and I haven't noticed it down at all today.

    It's working for me, no issues here. One thing I can say is that if your internet cuts in and out occasionally, it can cause Skype to become erratic - it may not automatically sign in upon your internet reconnecting.

    Its working for me. I think you might just need to uninstall and reinstall it.
