Urgent Niche searching Help needed!

Hi, All
I want to set up a website and searched the various niche. I found some interesting niches. In that top ranking sites are having PR 3 or 4 or 5, but that sites are not even including the search keyword in their domain, title etc. Some of the top sites are Amazon, Youtube videos, about.com threads etc. Can I outrank them easily, because they don't contain main keyword in their domain? Can I outrank those sites because they are one of the part of Amazon or Youtube or About.com? When I search any products I found thousands of websites competing. I used google product, google trends, google adword external keyword finding tool. Please help me to find low competition high search value niche. Thanks in advance.

No offense, but you're asking somebody to do the work for you and it's not
      going to happen.

Get yourself a good book on doing niche research, read it and apply it...just
like everybody else does. Or go to the War Room and look for a thread on
      how to do niche research.

I don't know if you can outrank Amazon and those other sites or not. I don't
know the niches and I don't know what's going to be involved in getting your
site above theirs without knowing them.

You're just going to have to roll up your sleeves like everybody else and do
      the work.

Sorry, but that's the best answer I can give you.

I respect you Steven Wagenheim and if reading my request, If you think that I am forcing others to do work for me then it is my fault that I can't express my problem neetly. I don't want to anyone work me. As I said in my thread I am trying myself and searching. As you pointed I have not given niche for anyone to work for me. I just want to know that whether I can compete in that situation. I had setup a website and found that it is very hard to outrank hupage post from google first ranking! That is why I am asking exprienced people here. Thanks for sharing your views.

I'm new to this but from what I know I can give some advice.
I would suggest understanding "SEO" so that you can apply that to HELP you get better Page ranks which in turn will help you rank higher on search engines.
Because you have found keywords that are searched often but do not have a lot of competition it should be fairly easy to rank high in search engines with applying even simple SEO tactics.

For researching your niche try puting quotes around your keywords in search engines (ie: Google.com) so your search term is not "Broad" and it is more "Specific": Example: (ToeJam Cream) is Broad!, ("ToeJam Cream") is specific. look for Ads from adsense on the right side of google, you want to know if there is a market, and how big that market is! if there are 3 ads (for example) Then there is a market for it, if there are ALOT of ads then it's a heavy market. you dont want to have necessarily no ads, because there MIGHT not be a market, but then again you may have an untapped market that NO ONE knows about but you, that takes some testing to find out what you have

If someone wants to critique me than please feel free.

When Steven responded to you, that wasn't a play on words. The questions you seek answers to DEMAND that you learn ON Page SEO, OFF Page SEO, Niche Research and Keyword Research. It also demands that you learn SOC Strength of Competition and that YOU be able to filter DUD keywords from the golden nuggets.

Until you take the time to learn the process of panning for keyword golden nuggets and the process of dominating the SERPs, you will be forever asking others is it possible to out rank so and so.

Here's the takeaway and it's a critical one; don't put your cart before your horse! Learn those crucial fundamentals first. Once you learn them, you'll analyze a keyword and in a few moments know if it is a DUD or GOLDEN NUGGET.
