Hi! I am Tallon!

Just signed up, but I have been a frequent guest here for months, on and off, as a resource into learning about IM.

Network marketing and sales are what I enjoy doing, and Wanting to apply my PD to IM! I am wanting to create an extra source of income.
I LOVE Learning, and even more, Applying what I learn!

Past Experiences have taught me to seek out professional people for one-on-one mentoring.
I am looking for someone who loves to teach, dependable, knowledgeable, wise and shows it with the Success they have already and continue to achieve. I ask these quality's because these are the core principles I hold true to as well.

Chosen Category of IM to START with will be Affiliate Marketing. When I have a grasp of that, I want to expand my knowledge into other categorys to the point of generating several income sources with other people especially with my mentors in IM!!

Right now I have a pretty good grasp of what IM is, but I am drowning in all of the material that I have (which I do understand is a nono).

My goals to start out with will be to earn $10 per day and work it up!
Could someone please help me out and Mentor me?

    Hi Tallon, and welcome to the forum.

    I think you can get started without a mentor.

    It's good that you have chosen a type of marketing you'd like to learn first.

    There are a bazillion products to choose from with affiliate marketing - so I'd recommend you decide next which product you'd like to sell. What kind of niche are you most interested in? This is your next question to answer.

    Select the niche, narrow it down and get very specific, and look for a great product to promote.

    Once you find it, decide on the best way to get the word out about this great product. You can do this on free web 2.0 sites, or you can set up your own little website to promote it.

    Once you get it on the web with your links, it's a matter of pushing some traffic to it, and making it convert for you.

    Don't complicate it, and filter out the non essentials.

      Thank you for welcoming me in and for your advise.
      You pointed out some things I did not know about, that's why Im hoping to find a mentor atleast to keep me pointed in the right direction or point something out that I would otherwise have missed.

    Nice tips Avenue Girl! I am a new internet marketer too and still learning! I am quite confused because as early as this time I already read lots of ebooks about internet marketing strategies and kinda lost on which one to implement. Are we in the same boat?
