How to further develop my diet sites

Hi, I run 3 diet sites in norway (which means that most affiliate offers out there are no good). All sites have a decent amount of traffic but I want to take it to the next level. At the moment the sites are just filled with articles, what I want it something that makes the keep coming back. I am thinking about just adding a forum but would really like to get more input. Any brilliant ideas?

    Take a look at what the big dogs are doing, and see if you can adapt that to what you can do.

    In the US, the big dogs are outfits like Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, and I'm probably missing a few.

    What do they offer in addition to their products? What kinds of support, what resources that might draw people to a monthly subscription?

    You'll be drawing ideas from companies that are making millions...

    Do you need to lose weight? If so, do it. Track it on your site. Speaking as your target audience we love a success story. If you dont, then find a "personality" for your site.
