I need help with our sales process

Hey all,

So I've found the choke point in our business. We have a weak sales process and we need to improve it.

Is their an optimal sales process that you use?

I'm just wondering if any of you have information that I can read-up on regarding the sales process.

Aff links are cool I just want to learn as much as I can about the sales process and get ours working ASAP.

Any advice or resources would be awesome

    Hey Sal,

    I'm looking for help with the overall process. I know there are many parts to a sales process but what I'm looking for is how people get prospects and what the process is for converting them into buyers.

    I guess in a nutshell it's the funnel set-up.

      It's hard to give you accurate advice without knowing the flow of your sales process. If you don't want to disclose it here feel free to send me a PM and I will be glad to help you out over skype. I am an expert at systemisation and email marketing so sales funnels are really second nature to me! be glad to give you a few pointers and tips.

      I would recommend you check the concept of the "Value Ladder", Check Russell Brunson's content on that

    I took a look at the value ladder stuff....I love it! Everytime we create a text product we can build in a natural upsell/back end just by offering the same product in a different format.

    Here is my basic layout:

    Opt---->confirm---->OTO----->follow-up (value)----->Product pitch #1---->upsell-----follow-up(value)---->product pitch #2----->upsell----->follow-up...ect.

    Is this the right idea? I know it gets much more complex than this.

      Hmm that is very basic you want more of a tree style sales funnel where depending on the users action they are segmented into groups and track this to see what works and what doesn't at every stage split test as well! (It's very important)

      e.g.
      have a look at this page for what a tree sales funnel looks like when i mapped out my automated webinar system.

      I think you will find that interesting to see how complex and fun sales funnels get
