    Nobody likes to create extra competition for themselves.

    The fact that nobody has shared that info is good enough evidence.

    If you were to offer some sort of reward and rephrse your question it might work much better.

    You could offer a few tips or your favorite 3 methods and ask if anyone else has others to add and you get your answer to the second part of the question at least.

    Through affiliate marketing alone around $3,000/month or a bit more.

    And my main source of traffic generation is article marketing although I also have some other sources of traffic. Not PPC though, I hate it, frankly because I'm not good with it and I have never bothered to learn about it neither, it just seems too risky to me and it has a whole science to it (like everything else).

    I like to believe it's not too bad for an absolute newbie like myself.
