Reseller hosting

Hey everyone,

I did a little search on the forum for this and even though I found a handful of these threads, no real information came from them.

I used to be with hostgator but after a while my sites got slow and then my nameservers started having problems and the support was of no help. So I decided to find another company that could give a better service. However it is not easy to find hosting companies that have reseller hosting. This is why I decided to create this thread to seek out warriors help.

So please share your wisdom with me

    Can any hosting company really beat Hostgator as far as reseller hosting is concerned? I'm not sure.

    I'm surprised you had problems with Hostgator. Most people I talk to rave about Hostgator, and I'm no exception. I've been with them for over 4 years now, both shared servers and my own dedicated server. I have never (touch-wood) had any problems with them what-so-ever. Any little issues that have arisen I have been able to sort out on the spot with their 24/7 online support.

    My advice, give them another go.

      It seems that nobody has an answer. So I should gather that there is no real alternative to hostgator in terms of reseller hosting :rolleyes:

    I use D9hosting.com for my reseller account, and so far so good. I had exceptional help a couple weeks ago when I couldn't figure out how to get my cron job to work right. The customer service guy bent over backwards helping me and he was prompt with his replies too.
