Landing Page for Content Network?

I plan on running a google content network ad campaign to build my list. Do I need a certain type of LP for this?

I have seen some examples with links to their blog, contact us, etc, on the LP, but was not sure if this was for the search based network.

Another reason I am asking is because this is in the fitness/fat loss niche.

Any ideas or past experience?

Stick with the same guidelines that you would for search. It's still Adwords, so the same rules still apply.
