Anyone recommend niche/review site templates? Wordpress is fine.

I have a knack for finding profitable and untapped niches, especially individual products (say, like a particular new model or technology that's going to be big). I am good at finding domain names for them and I am good at writing the content and getting them ranked.

The one thing I really find a hassle is getting these sites set up - installing Wordpress, finding yet another template etc. etc. Now, I can always clone these once I get them done, but can anyone recommend a ready solution? I just want to unzip, install and get writing the content, you know what I mean? I don't want to spend DAYS on getting them set up. Sure, I could outsource, but I am kind of a control freak

Needs to be a kind of clean landing-page type of template - not sales letter or squeeze page, I mean something I can put four pages (with a basic top menu) of content up on about the product, each with a huge call-to-action button with the affiliate link and that's basically IT!

I have seen niche review site templates around, but they all seem to be geared towards general niches like Forex, Weight Loss or whatever. I am looking for something more generic, any suggestions?
