It depends where you mean by 'overseas'.

I've seen the formatting service advertised on the Warrior Forum from time to time. If you do a search in the 'Warriors For Hire' section you should find someone. Alternatively, you could post an ad in the 'Wanted' section.

This would be a good idea for the right Warrior if interested. Basically taking e-books from people who aren't graphic designers or have the talent to spruce up the inside pages of their books (i.e. keep them from looking like cheap Word-generated pages) for a low price...

Which country are you starting from, to define "overseas"? (I know, I know ... must be Holland/Netherlands, for a "Dutch uncle", right? ).

I had fellow Warrior Tracy Yates format my ebook with her basic service, and she did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. One of my clients also had her ebook formatted by Tracy, I think she had the extended service, and it was just stunning. Very highly recommended.
