Looking for simple secure website contact form...

I'm kind of amazed, I've spent way too long looking for a simple PHP contact form to place on a couple of my sites.

I simply need something that is securely coded and has some sort of CAPTCHA or anti-spam protection.

Everything I find either contains no CAPTCHA or is a subscription requiring monthly billing.

I will pay if needed, but am not interested in a monthly subscription.

Any suggestions?

    If you're not that great with PHP, I would just use jotform (JotForm · Easiest Form Builder). It's free and is super easy to setup, and includes captcha if you want it.

      I'd recommend Wufoo: Online Form Builder - Create Web Forms & Surveys. I've used them for one of my websites and was very pleased.

        Not a php script, but Willmaster's Master Form script will give you a secure contact form - without resorting to CAPCHA - and a whole lot more.

        I've used this package fro several years now, and still feel like I'm just scratching the surface of what this puppy can do...

        Note: There's a glitch somewhere that parses the url as 'The Road', but the link goes to the correct page.
