Can't quite get it into production. I think it loads slow on a lot of peoples computers. I put this up as our landing page today and my subscriber # took a hit leading me to believe it was hard for some people to load. But noticed a few people hung around for 1-2 mnutes.



What can I do to make it easier to load.

Also was hoping to have a larger video. I am modeling Frank Kern and the other big boys in video marketing.

Any ideas about the video and anything else to help my conversions? I want to get this up. My current opt in page is at about 20% hoping once this is loaded up I will be closer to 40+%.

    It loaded just fine for me.

    If you go with larger video, take a look at Amazon S3 for the video hosting. It's really cheap and can handle the load.

    Looked great on firefox and loaded fine on cable broadband. I might suggest putting the video and into a squeeze page that has text as well as the video. Some people will just read the benefits while you are talking in the video and opt in right away. Bullet point them as to what they get when they opt-in, with a headline of course. You might want to not make the video play automatically, but that is subjective. have to be tested both ways I guess. nice job though.

    Thanks for the info.

    I got the upgrade Flash thing as well and can see how that would turn people off.

    Thanks about the bullet points I will get those on there as well.

    Any other ideas on how I can get this to load quicker and easier for people?

    Flash 10 is out and so a lot of people are going to be getting that question. It has created its share of problems, too.
