Dial-Up Users, can you please recommend a free download manager?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am working on a website and my customers will have to download big (120Mb-200Mb) files. I want to make sure they can get them without too much problem.

Can you please recommend a good and free download manager?

Hi G,

I used this one for years when I was on dial-up and it worked very well.
Download Accelerator Plus (DAP) - Free Download Manager

It will also allow you to resume the download if you loose your connection
when you re-connect.

Also allows you to schedule the download for later if you don't want to
download it at the moment.

I recently discovered the 'DownThemAll' plugin for Firefox. Pretty good.

I use DAP.
It has both a free version and a paid version.

But i feel what you need here is a file sending option.
You can try YousendIt.com, SendSpace.com, RapidShare.com to transfer large files to your customers.

DAP is pretty good and worked for me without a hitch. And also you might want to try a Firefox plugin called FlashGet..
