Does the site smell fishy? http://www.meilitrade.com

Hey guys

The site here offer products at a very low price: www(dot)meilitrade(dot)com

Can you have a look at it and give your full opinion if it's fishy?

If it doesn't I think it's really cheap to buy from there.

I want to import electronics to my country.

I have tried to check it on google, there's no record that it's a scam.

Thanks a bunch!!

That site looks legit so if your are interested in checking them out go straight to the source and contact them. It also looks like a new site, but that is no criteria for legitimacy.

Here is a good rule of thumb to remember when you are looking for legitimate wholesalers...

In order to conduct business with your company they will need your Tax ID issued by the proper authorities. That could be State or Federal or both in the USA, as an example.

If they are asking for money upfront without you having this info on file with them it could be a red flag. It certainly would be for me.

      Sounds great man! Really appreciated.

I'm very new to business, any kind.

I use forums to check on things like this. (Warriors provide firm assurance)

Please educate me more if you'd like.

      Thanks a whole bunch!

Personally, I never really trust companies that use yahoo and hotmail as their primary email address. Another red flag for me is the fact that they have Apple and Sony products. Those companies tend to be strict in who they sell to. Finding a wholesaler of those products is uncommon.

Have you checked out Alibaba.com ?

    Hello,

    Red flag the email address
    Red flag the payments taken

Red flag the Wholesale price List

    The nintendo wii : $280

That is more than you pay retail in the store I will sell you mine for
    280.00 I just paid 239.00 for mine, for x-mas.

I would stay away from them, that is just what I think.

    Hope that helps

    Dont order from these guys.

Yes they have products but there poorly made fakes. There are loads of company's around china doing this. they show real pictures of products when the actual product is a fake.

    learn from my experience.

i was sent pictures of what was a real ipod but when i received my package they where just cheap fakes and paypal wouldn't help me either. has happend on a many occasions, with differnt companies.

even if they say they are real they tend to be fake.

only deal with companys in south china as they tend to be ligit.

    It's from China...more than likely it's counterfeit.

Plus, you just might want to check out your laws on import-export licenses and import tarriffs on Chinese goods before proceeding. Failure to do this might end you up in some very hot water.

I have made the unfortunate error uing through these people and I am still reeling from it.

There are very friendly people corresponding with you and assure you that whatever you ask for will be delivered. Don't (like me) fall into this trap. I am still after several weeks trying to get my money back from these people. I am new to business and dealing with scammers like these has left a bad taste. I was very specific in my instructions for the quality and material of the merchandise I ordered. My package arrived only to find that they paid absolutely no ear to my instructions. I was to have received 4 packages in total but so far only two have been accounted for with the courier company. The others are somewhere lost in space. I have in writing the promises and assurances from one of their sales staff that I would be given exactly what I requested, only to find that they are completely unscrupulous.

I am at my wits end trying to figure out how I can pressurise these people into refunding me. If there are any suggestions out there, I appeal to you to please render some assistance.
