Zymic free hosting...any good?

Does / has anyone used Zymac free hosting or maybe knows
someone using it.

Just wondering if it's any good or not for use
with IM.

  • I used them 2 years ago. My account was immediately hijacked by a spammer. Even after reporting it the admin refused to delete my account. (the spammer is probably still using my account..)
    But that was 2 years ago, maybe this hosting is in better hands now.
  • I use 000a. Fine for IM
  • hosting is pretty cheap nowadays, it's not worth going free and risk looking cheap in your customer's eyes. if you are serious about your site, then I would just get a cheap paid hosting. free hosting usually come with advertising...

    • Nevertheless, you cannot really expect true reliability with a free hosting service. Would you really want to risk being exposed to all the pitfalls and typically unprofessional appearance of free hosting just to save less than $10 a month?
  • Free hosting sites are good for things like gateway pages and building link wheels.

    • If you already have unlimited hosting, adding a few small sites like that should not cause any issues.
