Go To Socialoomph.com and make an DM(message) sender to your new followers when they follow you.say somthing along the lines of this

Your website might have products they are interested to buy.

You may also want to tweet about the niche you are in but not spam it with links to affiliate products just do that once in a while

Twitter has the potential to drive a ton of traffic if you put regular work in.

If you post interesting, useful or funny tweets, have a good bio, then follow people who are interested in whatever your subject area is, many of them will follow you back.

When you tweet, all of your followers will not necessarily see them due to the high volume so you need to keep posting different things and build your followers.
