To reply your questions :

- Yes I did research the keywords. There are 2 keywords I'm going into. The first one is 450K searches/month with a mid concurrency and the 2nd one is 60.5K searches/month with a low concurrency for France

- I hope getting traffic mainly from Google. That's why I'm asking there to get a higher rank in Google as FR people are mainly searching through Google.

- Monetize the website : I found one product to promote on ClickBank and I redirect visitors with my affiliate link. I'm also creating a group on FB to target people who are interested in the niche. Is there any tips on how to get many followers on FB ?

All tips and advices are welcome.

Great answer. Content is king. Write, write, write. Contribute in niche forums and help people. Depending on what your niche is consider free reports or something you can give away if you want to build a list. Consider your target audience in everything you do and give them what is useful to them.

For starters, go for the content. I would create some rock-solid 30-40 unique articles, let them index and only then go for linking - but slowly; you wouldn't want to rush into this.

I've learned the hard way that pushing too hard will determine Google to push back.

@ Flavius333 & Taylormarek : I'm going to write some more articles. Actually I have 3 unique articles which are about 500 words. 40 articles will be my goal. Is there a way to find something to write about ? Maybe google suggestions ?

Nah you aint gettin my point. I am new to this forum, and am willing to do it for you as a review. if you're interested, I could do 10000 invites for only $5! Surely you can spare $5 for 10000 invites, with a 20-30 conversion rate for your fanpage?

Good luck with your venture.

Just a few tips. When buying your domain, make sure you host it with a provider who provides you with great services like Fantastico etc. so you can install and setup WP in just a few seconds.

Indeed, as said before, for a Blog style site, you will need a lot of articles in advance. Write as many as possible, so that you have a lot of ammunition to post if you get into times where ideas for new posts are getting slow or you are just too busy.

Keep a track on how your k/w's are working for you. Also you never mentioned "on page optimization" for your website. Create your tittle tages, meta k/w's and meta descriptions that suits and best describes your website.

and yes, for faster conversions start a blog along with socila media mrktng.

@ Paulie888 : For sure I'm targeting keywords. I target the main keyword and two sub niches.
I don't know if I'm ranked for these keywords as I launch the website 4 days ago. Moreover I searched in ismysiteindexed.com and it appears to be indexed.
Is it possible to get #1 in Google ?

To add to all of the excellent replies already...

don't forget to convert your content into video and upload to as many sites as possible. All of these sites integrate smoothly with all other Social Media sites giving you huge distribution/promotion across a wide network...instantly!

Send everyone from these sites to your squeeze page to capture their email info. In return give them some of your "premium" content they can only get by subscribing.

Now you can start telling your story to your subscribers building rapport and establishing credibility.

Keep going.

You've taken step 1 of about 1,000 more to come.

You have to keep writing articles, keep building backlinks and don't expect any sales for about 4 to 6 weeks. If you get up to about 100 articles you may see a trickle of traffic from that and probably a couple sales.

I would be building more then one site at a time so you don't get too bored. You're at the point where most sit back and say "Ok, now why didn't I make any sales yet?" The reason is time and number of pages on your site and number of backlinks to it.

Keep going, there's nothing simpler and there's no shortcuts.

Nedie, I was born in the UK and lived there right up to about 6 months ago. I now live in France and am a fulltime Internet marketer.
What I want to say is I wish I had such a good command of the language as you. You write English really well, and try as I might. I just can not seem to able to learn the French language at all.

@ DavidMaddux : Thanks for this great advice. I did not think about making some videos to post on YouTube. I'm already uploading videos on my WP blog to make the visitors stay longer there. I just look onto YouTube and videos concerning my niche were looked about 50K times. Will remember that for the future.

@ PPC Coach : Thanks Coach for your motivation. Yes that's right that I didn't do anything compared to the work that need to be done. I'm working everyday and I'm going to write more articles concerning that niche. I saw that the niche hasn't got much competition so maybe I can get in the first page of Google (hope so). I'm not waiting sales for the firth month but I hope that one day, I'll have one.

Think about creating a free ebook/report and offer it on your site as an opt-in. Get a good autoresponder such as aweber to manage your list. This way you will build up a list of potential buyers that you will always have.

Good start

Keyword research is great recommendation
you have t make sure you narrow down which keywords you are going to target and kill them( figuratively )

More research !!!!

Look into your niche and learn as much as possible about it as you can. French you said... I honestly don't know where to start there. Maybe eat some crepes smoke cigarettes and wear barrettes ...haha.

but make sure you know what you are talking about otherwise it will show en you are writing about it.

Then pick which route you are going to go with when promoting.
are you going to use PPC, article marketing or one of the million forms of backlinking software to boost your rank.
Or maybe all of them at once and smash to competition!!!

Pick a route though and stick with it, and make sure you have your sales copy down pat so when somebody does land on your page they convert into money.

Hello back to all,

I decided today that I was going to delete WP from my website an install Joomla as I'm more friendly with this CMS.

Joomla is also the way to have more functionnality. A many of you told that building a great website with nice content and build contact through the list, I decided to start something even better than the WP website.
The CB product will be promote via email and banners that I'll put on the website.

Also decided to get the website up to work at the end of the week (install + theme)
Make 2 articles per day and submit them through social media + RSS feeds.

@ Elective : are you still Ok to do that fan page ?

Hello Daryl Lim,

I think that I well did my keyword searches. I went on Google Keywords and searches for the main keyword. The results are :

Niche 1 : 450K/month (mid concurrence)
> Sub niche 1 : 60.5K/month (low concurrence)
> Sub niche 2 : 40.5K/month (low concurrence)
Niche 2 & 3 : 18.1K & 27.1K/month. <- They are concerning the main Niche #1.

I also tried on Market Samurai and it reports the same results. Maybe you could learn me how to really verify this.

You have to consider the content of your articles plus boost your site traffic. In order to have revenue and succeed in internet marketing you have to increase your traffic....Increase means thousands of visitor in a day....

@ Randy : I gave a look on your sig and your ebook to get around 10K visitors per day. Actually I can't afford for this but will look unto it if one day I can pay the bill.
For sure I'll need a great traffic to increase the sales rate.

@ Invisible : I looked onto linkscan and didn't find out the point of this program. If you can explain to me that would be nice.

About the concurrence :

It seems very strange that this niche as nearly any concurrence for 450K searches per month. Is it trully possible that a niche get no concurrence for this number of searches ?

I just check the result on Google Keywords & Market Samurai and they are right.
Any advices ?

What I'd recommend is you find a proven blueprint that has worked over and over. The mentor I chose was Mark Ling or Affilorama.com (go over to that site, there's a ton of free content there)
