Dear warriors,

Today I wanted to renew my domain names using my credit card.In the shopping cart, the following options are available :-
Card Number:*
Name On Card:*
Card Type:*
Expiration Date:*

But no option to add 3 digit auto code(That is found behind the card). However,I placed my order using the available info .But I was told -there is a problem with my credit card info.

One of my domain names will expire tomorrow
What should I do?

Please help---

Call GoDaddy support and ask them. No one here can really help you with this.

I think you might get faster help by a phone call but good luck.

You also might try again. Could be just some weird glitch in the system?

        Their reply
"Our system does not require the three digit credit card security code when making purchases. If you are experiencing any specific errors, please indicate the exact error message that you are receiving. This will assist us further in investigating your current issue. Screen shots are very helpful in explaining what you are seeing on your computer when working with customer support. It is often easier for you and for the support representative if you take a screen shot of what you are seeing and simply send it in. "

It seems that it is their system fault as I always use the card for online purchase without any problem.

        However,heartfelt thanks to you again
