This site is on flippa and is doing 20k a month on average, really good looking site with a good sales letter. The Instant Money Code

How hard do you think it is to put something together like that?

    Ugh I hate pages like that haha. so tacky. How do you know it's making 20k p/ month?

    That site would be really easy to make--just download a single column html template (there are tons out there) and edit in Notepad or Dreamweaver (or your editor of choice).

    Could probably find a designer to do it for $10 if you brought the copy.

    if it makes 15k monthly why would he sell it for 40k?

    Looks sketchy to me. Either he's hiding a lot of overhead or something is wrong.

      Because he probably doubts it's sustainability and FUTURE earnings potential.

      He has probably seen something in his stats or knows something that tells him it has peaked and is on the way out.

      Just a guess...

      Or, he could be just flipping it because he is tired of it...

    I looked over the Flippa listing. He has offered a lot of income proof and traffic looks good also.

    How hard is it to create a site like that? Not hard. But you also have to create the product he's been selling and get an army of affiliates to promote it as he has done, so it would take a considerable amount of effort to create the success that he has with the site. Building the site is nothing. Building a successful site with a successful product is a whole different ballgame.

      And finding the right affiliates for it is even more different. I actually find that to be the hardest. Of course there's a mass of affiliates out there, but how many of those are there that truly are going to sell a lot of copies of your product? Not many. How do you find these and make them stick with you? I'd really love to know...
