Do I have to use my own legal documents?

If I buy a PLR product and then I sell it as my own do I have to use my own legal documents (earnings disclaimer, privacy policy...) or I can use the the legal stuff of the original product?

I know we shouldnt ask for legal advice here...but I hope that Kindsvater can see this post and give me an answer

Thanks

I personally use the templates that Auto Web Law Pro creates on all my sites. It's worth the investment for me.

    Website Disclaimers|Disclaimer Software|Privacy Policies
    Signature

      Arf! School boy error.

If you are selling stuff online you have to have your own Terms & Privacy Policy and you should have a disclaimer.

      It's a standard requirement.

The legal blurb on the stuff you are selling is written to relate to that particular product not you or your website and business - so you need your own written to relate to your activities.
