Upsells with a low-cost trial offer?
Does anyone have experience with upsells on a low-cost trial offer?
Our new offer is a 7 day trial for $1 and then $67 a month if they don't cancel. This is the first time we've done a monthly subscription based offer, and I'm just trying to figure out how to do at least one upsell.
Are there any "tricks" for doing upsells on trial offers?
Obviously the only way to know for sure is to test, but my guess is that the majority of people will pass on an upsell because they are going in to it with the mindset that they are just paying $1 to take a look "under the hood" and aren't even 100% sold on the main product yet...
