Is customized Twitter background on Fiverr worth it?

Hi;
I'm thinking of having a new background for my twitter.
I was on Fiverr when I found a service for creating a twitter background.
My question is, has anybody tried any service like that on Fiverr?
Which gig do you recommend?
Are they just creating the background from the twitter background generator out there?

I've never tried that service specifically, but from what I have had done through Fiverr, I've been pretty happy with the results. The video gigs on Fiverr aren't bad. I did one that created two videos for $5 and it was pretty decent.
