I have noticed you seem to refer to odesk quite often in your posts. Have you found it easy to locate good workers there who actually know how to post intelligent and insightful comments in forums and blogs which are invaluable for driving targeted traffic to Youtube videos and also websites?

What is the going hourly rate for a worker there who knows how to do this efficiently and effectively? Care to share any tips you may have on how to effectively seek out the good workers there?

Yeah, they have a great way to measure a persons credibility on the site through user feedback which i always look at. We have over 130 Active workers on ODesk now for all our stuff and I am a big fan of them. We have been able to get some really great results for our clients. Most of the people we work with have been with us on our team for over a year so we know how well they work when we decide to move them to a new project. It does take a while to week them out though so be patient and watch them closely to make sure you get the types of links you want and need. Hope that helps.

Seems to be working. I have not tried any of those yet though. I promoted my blogs before but not videos. Im not getting into video marketing yet as of this moment. I got my youtube videos indexed as I googled my keywords but that was not enough to get views.

You presented some little great methods.

    2. Get Lots of Backlinks - Hire a large team on ODesk and have them build links for a whole week to youre video using anchor text in both the links and the video info. Make sure you have them use a lot of keyword variation so you can show up over various and numerous keyword searches.
I use this method almost every time and has very great results!

Embedding your videos on authority pages and
getting people to view the videos there instead
    of Youtube also helps.

In fact, I'd prefer to create links to my site, where
the Youtube video is embedded rather than to
create links to the Youtube video itself.
