Helpdesk Script?
Hey, I'm currently using PerlDesk (super old already, it's from 2006). It's good, except that it's now getting spams through the helpdesk. The number daily is now ridiculous that it totally outnumbered the real senders.
I can avoid that if I enabled the feature where the genuine ticket sender must register his username, but that's going to be less user-friendly.
Are there any other helpdesk scripts that (if possible) avoids getting spam tickets, at the same time the ticket sender don't have to create an account?
