CD and DVD labels?

Does anyone know of a free software that allows you to create CD and DVD labels and then export them to a normal format like jpeg or png?

I've found tons of free softwares. They all export to their own format, though, built only for printing.

    I am assuming that you want to make virtual CD covers and not actual ones. If that is the case, try 3D-box maker » 3d-box & package on-line for free

    You can find someone who will do this for you at FIVVER. He will do it for 5 bucks. It is very professional. I used the service. It cost me five bucks....but now I have a professional ebook cover.
