Looks Like Onlywire Has Grown Up

Just got email from Onlywire.com 2.0

seems they either have been bought and new owners or just are changing their policies

what was free is not exactly free anymore

Lately rumors and the use of Onlywire not getting the initial results it once did might of been because of changes going on within

the email I just receive explains in order to use Onlywire in the future you need to either pay a monthly fee or display a onlywire icon on your website or have your use disabled

has anyone actually been getting good results lately from Onlywire like it did in the early days?

well all good things come to an end sometimes

    I thought most people had ditched Onlywire for Social Poster or Social Marker? They didn't post to many sites and alot of their links were outdated. Maybe they're going for a complete overhaul though.

      Yes and No

      social poster and social marker you still have to go site to site

      to get bookmarked

      limited as Onlywire is its a quick one button push to get a few bookmarks out, I thought with the new Onlywire they might of added a few more sites but I don't think so

    I used Only Wire all the time and then I checked my sites .... my pages were not being bookmarked. Switched to Social Marker and all was well. Sure, it is a bit more time consuming but at least it's working for me

      I agree with you, this is why I was wondering if this has changed with the update

      much was said in the past about onlywire was not working and I have to agree,

      but with this update has anyone experience it working or are they just looking to get backlinks on a false hope

      many people just don't check or don't know if something like this is actually working

      I have just done a test to see for myself if they are actually bookmarking

    I suppose you cant blame them for wanting to make money, but it seems a bit crappy to suddenly make something not free anymore.

    Maybe they are because they are charging now. With lot of people now are using their service, they are taking an advantage to their list to make it profitable. I think it's a good move and maybe a good service in the future. Adding some features will be coming soon.
