Alright guys

I have been asking a lot of questions, done a lot of research, and I think I'm ready for my first website. The niche I have picked, well, I much say its not like I'll be the only affiliate there, actually I think theres a lot of guys in it. However I have a lot of experience in it, and i know its selling very well.

What I have done:

1. Made a list of about 15 keywords, some more aimed at the product while 1-3 more aimed at the crowd in the niche (the consumers).

2. I'm outsourcing the writing and specifying exactly what I want. As I'm not too good at writing articles, so thats why I outsource it, to get starter. its nothing expensive, I can handle it if it flops or take a while for it to start generating.

3. When I get the content, I'll put it up on the website, SEO optimize it as best I know how (Affilorama, and ebooks) and monetize every page, some more then others, with links and images.

4. I'll be putting up article rewrites in article directories, in which I assume I can add like 2-3 links to 2-3 pages on my site with.

5. I'll use shorten rewrites to post around relevant forums.

6. I'll see if I can get a email list system going (I don't know how to do this), and hopefully start marketing a bit there, with self written content, and promotional links.

Now theres probably more things I can tweak, but to my knowledge this should put me well on my way.

I have a question tho! According to affilorama, posting copies of articles on your site, will hurt the site, which is why I'm counting on using rewrites of the articles to submit to the article directories.

Also, should I keep writing articles, or should I leave the content as it is, and focus on getting quality backlinks?

Any advice would be welcome I gotta tell you guys, I'm a bit scared.
