Question About Squeeze Pages

Hey Everyone,
I'm putting together a a few squeeze pages and I wasn't sure if should have the Opt-In and the Option to Buy within the same page. What are your thoughts? Thanks,

    A page with a option to buy isn't a squeeze page: a squeeze page is a page with an incentivized opt-in and no other content.

    The alternative you're mentioning is either a sales-page with an opt-in (if you're a vendor - which it sounds like you are?) or a landing page of some kind with an opt in (if you're an affiliate).

    Personally, when I've tested (as an affiliate, so my experience may not be relevant to you at all) I've always done much better with a content-filled website with a prominent, incentivized opt-in on each page than I have with a squeeze page.

    I think a fairly typical experience is for people to find that they build a much bigger list with a squeeze page. Many people go on from that discovery to assume that they're necessarily going to make more money that way, too. It isn't necessarily true.
