How To Get Reviews To My New EBook?

Hi all

I just created a 16 page report and before start selling it, I want to get some reviews. Is there any established members, who you know can review my eBook?

Thanks

What is your ebook on? And what do you consider stablished?

You could PM members and ask nicely or just ask in a thread.

Go to forums in the niche and offer it for free in return for a free copy. This is a nice cheap way to get some feedback.

    Cheers!

Both seem to be great ideas. I think I will try them both and see how it turns out.

In addition to the tips above, you can place a forum signature and mention you need reviews for your new ebook. You should get quite a few people offering to review it.

If your ebook is in the IM niche, you can create a WSO offering it for free in exchange for a review.

      Good luck.

I know that you have to become full member to be able to post, but is it free to post in WSO or do you have to pay for that as well?

Posting a WSO costs $40. This is really cheap because there's a lot of targeted traffic in that section. With a free WSO, you should be able to get several people offering to review your book.

Don't forget that apart from the reviews, you can also continue to build a relationship with these people and become friends. You can share ideas, promote each other's stuff etc...

Not sure what you mean by "you have to become full member to be able to post" though.

          Good luck!

You need to become a War Room Member before being able to post WSOs.

I mean, you need to pay the mebership fee of (I think) $37. So, do I still pay $40 to post?

    1.Join the War Room!!
2.Search this fourm for threads related to the topic your ebook is about.
3.Go through the threads and find people who have discussed this topic.
    4. pm those on the threads that seem to have contributed and have a decent 'reputation'
    5. ask them if they would give you a review
    6. state times you would like the reviews by
    7. if they respond and are willing, send them a link
    8. while you wait - contribute to the forum!

    just a thought.

    Hi Alpalino,

You are NOT allowed to post in the main thread asking for reviews, or to PM people you don't know asking for reviews.

It's in the rules, and that is the reason our message folders don't receive an extra 100 PMs a day, and the main forum isn't swamped in review requests.

If you want to get reviews you need to either run a WSO asking for reviews, or just sell your product through the WSO, but give away some review copies. It is against the rules to ask for a review copy in a WSO, but not if the person running it says they will give them out.

Hope that clears things up for you.

    Cheers,

I agree with you. I don't think i will PM people for reviews as it seems like spamming. But, thank you all for great advices. I think I will offer it for free to established members for review.

You are right, you should not pm someone who hasn't pm'd you first.

I still stand by what I said, spend the $37 and join the War Room!

Post a WSO for $40 and let people know you have x amount of reviews available.
