People are asking about refunds. With so many lessons to be learned by keeping faith with your customers that I thought I would pass on this example of what I consider a good, honest and worthy company. It is a search engine that I had a listing with. Sure you forget these things when over time you are distracted by all the other things going on in your own business.

The I got this email (part only) which states:
We will be charging $15.00 to your credit card tomorrow for the next three months of your Web's Biggest directory listing. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "websbiggest.com".


You can of course cancel your Web's Biggest directory listing services anytime.
As things are tightening money wise and I have not had a lot of results from the listing I replied with a cancellation request. Next came this email (part only)

The good feeling this left me with, especially as I obviously had not canceled in time to stop the payment, makes me want to share the joy of what a good company can do for you. Guess where I will go first next time I want a paid listing.
