If there's one thing (well two actually) that I've learned over the years it's:

1. Some customers seem unable to follow the simplest of instructions to obtain their product after paying. The slightest complication means you need to complete orders manually which can be a royal pain, particularly if it's 11.30pm on a Saturday night!

2. Customers expect their product immediately after paying.

Anyway, I'd be interested to know what you're thinking about doing.

Yes you can set your own email to go out written as you want, or you can set it NOT to send out an email. * I don't think you can set delays on the emails though. What you CAN do is - when you setup your products in DLG it ties into Aweber, so each purchase sends them a confirmation email, and the follow up to that you can set to whatever in aweb (they support many list providers just using aweber as an ex.).

You can use it as nothing more than a login area and your customers just get an email saying 'go to xxx.com/members' and login with 'username/password', once inside you control the pages however you want.

The DL page = you can make it whatever you want, they give you a ton of templates to start with and when you set the thank you page simply use one of them and rebrand it quickly (edit the page easily in any editor).

I use it in tandem with ezclickmate, clickbanks custom skin, one-click-upsells, a security feature that talks to DLG, and other dynamics that I don't think would be possible with anything else.

I must sound like their poster boy lol but yeah I use it on a handful of my sites along with my biggest and swear by it.
