Designed Adsense Ads :-s ?

INTERNET MARKETING

Guys i have seen a few sites with a very differently designed adsense ads appearing on that site. Does any1 know how they do that?

They could be Premium Publishers or a Search Partner.
I've also had google displaying ads in a format that I could never choose for myself on one of my sites. I choose a different format, but it always displayed oddly.

  They are sites with high traffic numbers. They have so many impressions and make so much money that google provides them with a special program.
