Hey everyone.

I was just going through my copy of Outsource Force.

Just got me to thinking just how much I can outsource.

Which got me to thinking about everyone here and had me wondering.

What parts of your business do you outsource.

I'll gt it started by saying I couldnt live without outsourcing my:

Article Creation
Account Creation
Link Building

Whatever is low value to you (eg spending time elsewhere would generate you more money) or whatever you don't have the expertise in, that's what you outsource. I've outsourced graphic work, and website work. Soon article submission

I sometimes outsource graphics since it isn't something I'm good at myself.

I am planning to outsource some backlinking in the near future too since that isn't the most exciting job in the world and one I hate doing

Everything possible. If you want to be ultra successful outsource all, if you want to make 100K a year outsource a few things.

I have outsourced content creation in the past as I find writing very boring.
If you are new to IM you can also outsource link building as well.

I outsource all day to day parts of the business
- creating content
- updating content or blog posts
- customer service
- emails
- phone
- messenger
- skype
- payment processing and issues
- lots of marketing
- video editing
- bookmarking
- Articles
- link building
- Posting on other sites
- Facebook lead generation (I had little success, so I got my outsource person doing it)
- Managing You Tube comments
- Managing updating expired Ads
- Question/Answer Sites
- Editing Articles
- Management
- Training
- Hiring People (I dont outsource firing people)

  It depends a great deal on what your own skills are - I have tried outsourcing website design but found that I could do just as good a job (much faster) myself.
  
  As long as the person you are outsourcing to has been given clear instructions it is well worth doing.

  It probably depends on what you enjoy doing and what you are good at! Some people say you should outsource everything in order to get the maximum profit, and that's probably a good point. For myself though, I really enjoy researching key words, building web sites/blogs, and writing articles, so I've done most of that myself so far. On the other hand, graphics, videos, and backlinking are things I'm not too fond of or talented with, so I'm increasingly outsourcing those tasks.

I outsource everything I can't do myself or don't want to do myself. So, I have a few people on my list I send my article needs too (my english isn't good enough to write articles, I get by on forums and chats, but that's about it LOL) and then I have two VAs. One who takes care of my linkbuilding and one who helps me out with design (headers, theme customization, even installs WordPress for me when I'm a bit overbooked). Great help for me.
