$7 Script Install Issues

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey Guys

I feel like a total moron - but for some reason I just can not get this script to allow product download correctly. Every time it is either an empty file or denies the buyer access.

Can anyone recommend a good person/service to use to set this up?
