I notice this place is crawled with newbies asking questions which is cool, it is a open place .

How about making a newbie question section. What this does is lets people who are looking for coaching students go in and answer questions and make relationships.

It lets newbies get expert advice.

Creating a win-win.

I have hired someone based on advice they gave me. I am sure a lot of newbies are looking for that.

Cheers,
Mukul

Who will differentiate what is to be considered a newbie question and what is to be considered a non-newbie question?

Yeah, and once you set up a category specific to newbies, they will always post their questions in the Main Internet Marketing Discussion Forum, because this is the first place everyone goes when they first discover WF...

The previous poster was also correct... A lot of the questions you are referring to as "newbie questions" may not be considered such by others with more or less experience...

I suppose it could equally be argued that everything posted in the Main Internet Marketing Discussion Forum is a newbie question -- even many of those that you ask...
