Hello everyone, my name is Devin and I just got a quick question for you all, sorry if it's stupid but im a newbie around here and was hoping that maybe someone could clarify this for me. I had heard that it is possible to dominate the SERPS for specific niches by setting up a linkwheel of about 15 web 2.0 sites and pointing them directly to your CB offer page or affiliate url.

Is this true? Any info/advice will help

Link wheel is the best technique to increase our SERP , but we should 've unique content for each web2.0 sites, and need services for the web2.0 sites to get the indexing..
