Getting Money From Vendors When They Wont Pay?

Please tell me it's possible to get money from a vendor who owes it to you.

I've called repeatedly, emailed, etc. I keep getting 'you'll get it', and 'its coming'.

Is there any way to get it, or should I just mark this as another lesson learned?

    This is why I rarely do an affiliate promotion for a business that runs it's own affiliate program.

    I feel far safer doing a promotion where a 3rd party is responsible for the payouts.

      Ya I learned my lesson about self managed affiliate programs. A certain launch of epic proportions (Yes subliminal hint), I had a few sales but was never paid. I even talked to a few others and they said the same thing. Emailed the vendor and they weren't even gracious enough to respond with a fly off to hell. Considering the "guru" status of the vendor I had assumed I was safe from this type of behavior. I would call them out directly but I'm waiting til we have a face to face meeting.

      So from now on for affiliate sales its Clickbank or Commision Junction. If I see a self managed program I close the browser.
