    I know it's wrong and the laws are there to protect the little guy, but...

    Imagine if you knew you were about to lose 3/4 of a million dollars.

    Would you be able to sit idly by?

    I really don't care for Mark Cuban, but I can understand why he
    did what he did lol, (if in fact he is guilty).

      I would because I have morals. In my life family is most important to me and I would never think about putting them in such a position.

      Securities fraud happens when greed takes over. What's more important? Losing less than .5% of your $2.6 BILLION fortune? Or abiding by the law, and not putting your wife and children through hell?

      If you can't afford to lose "3/4 of a million dollars" then DON'T do it. The law is the law. Nuff said.

    I am not condoning what he did in any way shape or form, all I said was a small part of me can understand the why lol

    What baffles me is that anybody that trades, especially with that much money, would have to know they would get caught.

    Apparently greed trumps common sense.
