Squeeze page and opt in questions?????

Hi So I have set up a website with information with links to products, simple set up and pretty easy to drive traffic to it. What I would like to do is make a squeeze page so that a visitor would have to go through the squeeze page to get to the site... I have NO clue how to do this. I have aweber but only have a few subscribers so need more!

Could someone tell me how to:

1.) Set up a squeeze page?
2.) how to promote the page?
3.) Also exit traffic script would be really helpful too.

    You can setup a squeeze page with basic html skills or with the use of wordpress, you will need an autoresponder such as aweber to catch the emails and store them for use.

    Promotion is not too complex, write articles related to your product or service and distribute them on websites such as ezinearticles or any other article directory.

    I tend to leave the popups as they can cause opt-outs due to them looking spammy.
