On my affiliate sites I have been using buttons with "Buy Now" on them, next to each product. I'm doing okay, but do you think "More Info" would be better ?

The button takes the customer through to the sites selling the product, e.g. Amazon, The Sports HQ, etc.

Also, do you think it would be a good idea to have the last product on the page say "click here for more choices", which will take them through to Amazon, Sports HQ, etc. ?

Here's one way of thinking, if you provide them with the information they are looking for, meaning detailed content about the product or great reviews, then they should be ready to "Buy Now" after viewing your page.

    Just food for thought...

It sounds like a trite answer, but the only way to really know for sure is to test it.

Run x number of visitors with the Buy Now button and track the clickthroughs and conversions. Then run the same number of visitors to those pages with the More Info button and see which one converts better.

There are other factors involved (where the visitors came from, when they visit, etc.) but this will give you a pretty good idea of which one works best, especially if one seriously outperforms the other.

Yeah, test the button copy. This would be hard to do with buttons, but sometimes when I'm using a link in a short copy email or ad to a product page, I'll put "To get more information and buy now, visit..."

But I have not tested to see if just the info or buying part works better in those cases.
