Attributes of a great IM product
Hi guys,
In your opinion, what makes a great IM product stand out from the rest?
Now great can be interpreted in many different ways. I'm not talking specifically about one that just sells like hotcakes during a heavily hyped and promoted launch...and then fizzles out. I'm talking about products that stand the test of time, that are looked at as an authoritative resource in their niche even years later.
Besides the name behind the products, what attributes do they all have in common?
Thanks!
