Wordpress? Domain? aw...

I have a domain and it is hosted and life is all good, but I am using a free site builder and to cut a long story short it sucks!

I have heard that just using wordpress is good and it is only $20 or something. I need more info. About what it is? What to do? What its like?

They do, but like many things there, it'll have funny letters and especially vowels. It's probably called Gwygywlw or something ...

Finally someone did it. You do have more courage than I do.
I love to help people but, I would like them first doing the
"Home Work" and later on asking question of whatever
      didn't find and/or understand.
Looks like there's no big "G" available in some of our own states.

Wordpress is totally free and in addition there are thousands of plugins out there that will improve your Wordpress experience and help you do just about anything with it.

WordPress can be integrated with social media, like Twitter, Facebook and so on.

Many templates also available, it's very customizable.

Very powerful stuff, generally speaking. I'm amazed that this kind of info passed by you just like that.

Wordpress software is free to use. Hosting is not.

There are other website management softwares that are free as well - but Wordpress has a lot of options, free templates, free plugins, and free tutorials around on how to use it.

I think the charges you're referring to are the hosting and domain charges for self-hosted Wordpress (which typically ends up costing around $20), but since you already have both then no more expense is needed or required!

Wordpress is a good choice for building a blog. I've used it for my blog, it's a pretty good template.

I used to pay for HG hosting but I got tired of always changing this and that so what I do now is created a wordpress and simply redirect my domain name to WP. The only is that you can't customize but who needs it not me. I pay for things but I like it free too.

If you have Cpanel in your hosting account you will most likely have Fantasico also. Go there and you will find Wordpress there to download.

You should be able to install WordPress for free. Most paid hosts offer easy WordPress installation, check out their support documentation. If not you can easily download wordpress from wordpress.org and install it yourself with included instructions.

Look in your hosting admin panel for Fantastico De Luxe. You should see a Wordpress script installer there. That is where you would install it from in the click of a button.

Wordpress is great but large blogs can be difficult to move when the time comes.
