There are forums setup that offer this as a service. Just do a search for them because I know they exist. I am not sure about the rules on linking to other forums here but maybe someone who is able to send messages will give you a link. If not you can still find them via a search engine query.

Those probably aren't the keywords you want to use since I'm sure there aren't to many individuals who specialize in brokering websites exclusively. Try terms like "Investment Broker", "Business Broker", "Private Investor", "Investment Firm" or even "Investment Banker"(like that guy in the $100k website sell thread did). Just get creative.

If you want to sell it to a business, pick up a phone and start calling them.

Or

go buy some leads of opportunity seeker from usa data for like $.020 per lead and call them

why do you need a broker?

call me I'll sell it for you and take a bunch of your money no problem.

so your saying no need for a broker behind your sacrcasm? I need more solid advice than that or I wouldn't be asking for advice...unless you really want to help sell

I have a few fitness pros I will be speaking to after holidays but I am looking to retire and looking at exit strategies for some online business...this is not a site flipping blog

No sarcasm here, that is a very serious way of doing business. This is how I sell advertising on some of my sites. Phone + Phone Book = $

look for people looking to buy a "turnkey" business or just a business for that matter.

P.s. I'd also like to add that before I started my online advertising business I was a precious metals broker making over 200+ calls a day selling gold, silver and platinum so it's what I'm use to
