Super high quality, High Page Rank backlinks. If you have a good list of High Page Rank backlinks, it doesn't take hundreds. Several dozen of these kind, used in conjunction with a long tail keyword, can put your article at the top of Google.

Make sure the article is not overly stuffed with your main keyword prhase. Use LSI to help Google identify the theme of your artilce. Create back links to your article from various Web 2.0 sites.

Backlinks, backlinks, backlinks. Socialize your article, link to it from blogs in the niche, find high PR sites and get them to comment on it (and link to it.)

Make sure to have original articles that submitted to EA. And put optimized keywords to the articles, but don't spamming it.

Yup it's all in the backlinks. Use a service like social marker to get some good backlinks and then post links to your articles on places like Squidoo, Hubpages, Xomba, Wordpress and Blogger blogs, and more.

    Thanks for all the replies.
I have actually used social marker to bookmark my articles.
But creating new pages at squidoo, hubpages, etc. seams a lot of work just to boost 1 article.

How do you usually do to make this more simple?

    Sincerely
    Karl

Bookmark all your articles using social marker, etc.

Link articles to articles to get more views on your articles giving it a chance to hit the most viewed article section of Ezine Articles therefore giving you chance to show up on all articles within that section.

    RSS linking your Author pages....

    Food for thought hey..!!
