Michael, loads fine in Firefox 2.0 though it was a little slow in loading the

Works fine, fast and clear as a bell, here in Maryland USA. I'm using a Mac and FireFox with a cable DSL internet connection.

Very nice, too. Bassets are so photogenic, in a lugubrious sort of way.

Hope this helps,
Dot

Coming in nicely to Florida on Opera 9.62.

If your friend has Opera 8.x tell him/her to upgrade - there was a glitch in Opera 8 that was causing white pages on certain sites (I'm not sure what it was that caused it - it was a javascript bug - I got it a lot on news sites and had to switch to Firefox to see them.)

The basset hound on your home page is about 69K. That's pretty large. I snagged and lowered the resolution and got it down to 21K and the visual difference is negligible.

For browsers that don't already have your page cached, that should speed up the load time by a second or two. Probably worth doing.

Website working great from Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, and in the US from Stratford and Kansas City. The problem must be elsewhere. But it's still possible the IP of the person attempting to view the page without success is blocked. There could be many reasons for it.

Does he get any error message?

Tomas
